"Stayed for the 1st time at Renaissance NY midtown. It was very convenient for our 1 night stay to celebrate our birthdays- a quick walk from Amtrak & the Morgan library & museum for our afternoon . We were able to check in early & doorman escorted us to elevator for 6 th floor check in. The concierge made some lunch suggestions & gave us a map to the Morgan. All staff very helpful. In the evening we took a taxi to & from restaurant & theater. Easy ride to theater district. If it wasn’t arctic...

"Room was great, a little small but for the location after reading the reviews I was kind of expecting this… The staff was awesome, attentive and we never waited long for any request… My best friend was there celebrating her bday and they brought her a card to the door… Super freaking cute!! Back to the location, ABSOLUTELY amazing, very walkable. We saw two plays and walked back from them. Only Ubered to the restaurants we made reservations to before coming. I would absolutely stay again!!"

The main advantage of the hotel is the breakfast and this was the reason to book it. Hotel is offering plenty of added value services like trasport from/to airport etc... Facility looks new or very well renovated and is clean and perfect maintained. It's highly recommended for anyone who wants to feel the Times Square atmosphere night and day, Broadway theatres, 5th Avenue...

"The staff at the Grayson is amazing! Our server for breakfast gave us all the info on places to go, which subway train to take and where to eat for our day out.
