"Surprisingly nice hotel. Clean, modern, comfortable and in a beautiful location near the Changfeng Park and convenient being next to the Joy City Mall. Breakfast is good. Only minor issue is that sound proofing could be better. I heard my neighbour belt out Chinese songs to my amusement and another neighbour practising the violin. "

Small details like the layout, outlets by the bed, and well chosen furniture make it easy to settle in. The gym is also much better than what I usually see at hotels, with enough machines and weights for a proper workout. What makes the biggest difference, though, is the service. "I love how ergonomically designed the rooms are, with ample storage space for all our luggage for a 1 week stay. The Meituan takeout locker is super convenient for takeout and delivery. Staff were lovely and helpful, with the Housekeeping for our floor super accommodating and willing to work around our schedule to clean our room whenever we left. "

"外国人にとってチェックイン方法は分からないと思います。２階のエレベーター前に座っている人に宿泊の旨伝え、エレベータに乗って６階の受付に行くのですが中国語でないとコミュニケーションは困難です。６階もどこが受付か分かりにくく部屋に入るまで苦労します。部屋も結構年季が入っています。洗浄機付きトイレがあると喜んだのですが、コンセントまでの距離が長く電源を入れることができませんでした。展示化があったせいか、価格から見たら不釣り合いでした。なおカード決済はできません。"
