" A beautiful old style palace boutique hotel. It has some amazing fresco and the state room is worth the entry fee alone. The hotel is centrally located and convenient to arrive by Water Taxi. It also located beside the Gondola station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little dated by modern standard but otherwise comfortable and clean. Would consider again in the future."

"The property was in a great location. It was on the 5th floor no elevator but we knew that. The problem is the bathroom sink was split in two. You could lift one piece off Ceramic when broken is an extreme health hazard uf you get cut. We told the contact about this. No response "
