"We didn't end up staying . We got a taxi from airport and the driver had not heard of the hotel and couldn't find it. Several local security guards did not know of it. About 11 pm we found where it should be but everything was in darkness and nobody was around. We decided it was too scary and risky to pursue it further so we found a nearby hotel after trying at 3 hotels which were full. The next day we went past where the Prima Inn was supposed to be and it was a building site. This property...

"Very close to airport. Quick walk to lots of genuine Indonesian restaurants. Nice pool and very large family room. Only downside was that the aircon didn't work very well. Otherwise, very good value for money."

"We booked a room to be near to the airport on our last day in Bali. We didn’t stay overnight but had a lovely spacious room with a good, powerful shower. We used the rooftop pool during the day to catch the last of our Bali sunshine. Really good value and would use again"

"When we arrived in Bali we were greeted by Melly at the reception desk. Melly was so pleasant and helpful. She explained all the amenities and helped us transfer to Holiday Inn Express next door for a second night. She offered us free breakfast and a shuttle return to the airport the next day. The resort had a beautiful pool area, two great restaurants, a wonderful spa and easy access to the beach. "
