"Room was clean had everything we needed except for when there’s a coffee pot you would think they would leave you some water? There’s lots of places to sit. The restaurant looked good although we didn’t eat there but we did go to the coffee shop great location, and great parking."

"Nice well-run hotel close to the Amtrak station. Staff were very helpful. I had dinner and breakfast at the cafe and both were excellent. The staff there were also quite professional. I was generally very happy with my experience there. "

"Very spacious and clean room. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Love how there there’s a separation between the casino and the lobby so there is not a smell of smoke anywhere and you can avoid the casino if it’s not your thing. Love the convenience of the row with all the different stores and restaurants to enjoy. Hotel is centrally located so it’s very close to all the activities within the city."

"Clean, comfortable, nice staff, excellent shuttle to airport. Although I appreciate the free breakfast- the Greek yogurt and the recently updated coffee machines, some food items need improvement. The hard boiled eggs are low quality- pale yolks with barely any taste, the scrambled eggs and omelets are obviously not freshly made, and the apples mostly mealy, not fresh."

"One of if not the most modern hotel and casino in the area. Very clean and impressive structure. "

"Room was clean and area was quiet. Felt comfortable walking to lobby for ice and drinks. Front desk staff was amazing. "

"The staff was outstanding. The Customer Service was good as well. The Hotel is really in need of updating! Toilet barely flushed, the tile was buckling, the carpet was rippling causing a possible tripping situation. The Casino has very rough clientele! Lots of Homeless in the casino. Lots of homeless on the streets surrounding the hotel. We will honestly not return to this hotel when coming to Reno."

"Small, limited space. Floors were dirty (I walked around with my socks and they got really dirty really fast). Limited outlets to charge or connect anything that requires power. The sheets looked dirty/stained. Perks is that is walking distance to restaurants and downtown. "

"Wasn’t sure what to expect with the negative reviews but it was perfectly fine. Beds were pretty stiff but the room and sheets were all clean. Didn’t find an ice machine and the property is definitely older but everything worked and we were close to downtown Reno "

"Very friendly and professional staff, I brought my service dog with her papers and the front desk was very polite. I'll be coming back in the next few months. I recommend circus circus, there's fun for all ages all in walking distance. "
