"It’s a solid option to stay when in mid-Cape. Breakfast was a little underwhelming the first day (mystery meat sausage and styrofoam eggs, oj from poorly diluted mix) but the bed was comfortable, bedding clean and shower had excellent water pressure. The fire alarm from 3 to 4 am was extremely unfortunate but not their fault. It’s close to the beaches and restaurants and Main Street in Hyannis. A wonderful breakfast place is within walking distance ( Heavenly restaurant). All in all we will stay...

"The Sea Breeze was an economical stay in the Cape. Other options were super expensive so the Sea Breeze was great for our 3 night stay. The property is a little older but everything was clean and functional. The property is a 4 minute walk to the beach, 1 mile from the Kennedy Compound and 2.5 miles from Main Street. Boston is just 1.5 hours, Provincetown at the end of the cape is just an hour drive. We enjoyed Kate's Ice Cream, breakfast at the Daily Paper and supper ate Pizza Borbone...

"This was a nice stay for two nights, clean and pet friendly I had my husky dog with me. Only 20 minute walk to the Hyannis ferry was able to leave my car at hotel parking lot for the day and walk on over with my dog to the ferry very easy and convenient! "
