"This was a beautiful hotel and the perfect spot for our NYC trip! We went to the 100th sold out show of the Billy Joel concert at Madison Square Garden and dinner, no more than 15 min in a taxi! And, 2 Broadway shows, also walkable! The bellman was always kind and hailed us a taxi and the rooms were gorgeous with a heated toilet seat as the bonus! We will be back!"

"Hotel is perfect located next to Times Square. Subway is at the corner and lot of interest points in a walkable distance. The main advantage of the hotel is the breakfast and this was the reason to book it. Hotel is offering plenty of added value services like trasport from/to airport etc... Facility looks new or very well renovated and is clean and perfect maintained. It's highly recommended for anyone who wants to feel the Times Square atmosphere night and day, Broadway theatres, 5th Avenue...

"Our stay was incredible! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Mirsada provided outstanding service and attentiveness. The rooms are elegant and well appointed but could benefit from a facelift. The King Cole Bar was fun and the drinks were delicious (albeit pricey). Use of the house car is a big perk and our driver was gracious and accommodating. The service and overall experience are tough to beat!"
