"Absolutely great hotel. Clean, well appointed and staff was so friendly and helpful. I liked staying out of downtown or the Galleria. This hotel was in the Montrose area and was quiet and calm. Beautiful gardens and across the street from the DeMenil Coolection. "

"This is just a good solid hotel with a fantastic central location close to all of the major roads, the museum district, etc. It’s a major plus to have an H-E-B directly across the street. It’s a clear a refurbishment has taken place in the not too distant future. The water pressure for the shower could have been a lot better and it would have been helpful if the sink tap closed and open properly. Despite that I would stay here again for the quiet."

"Very convenient location with the freeway close by. Not far from NRG and the Medical Center. Shipleys donuts is across the street, Burger King, IHOP and H-E-B are in the area. Staff is friendly and helpful."

"It was so clean and new I felt the first person to stay in the room. The location was great. Parking was easy. Only suggestion would be to have some sundries available for purchase in the lobby. I will look forward to staying there again on my next trip to Houston."
