"We loved our room incredible view of the statue. At first I wanted to have a view of the river but then I saw the statue and completely changed my mind! We got off the public boat transportation and stopped at the Giglio stop and walked about 100 ft and the hotel was right there! So easy and saved us a lot not getting a private taxi. Front desk attendant, Tony was wonderful so many great recommendations! We loved our stay super convenient to everything and breakfast was great!"

If you like big grand hotels you won’t get any in this area of Venice and to be honest it’s all about location and a decent hotel which this place is. "

"Staff were amazingly perceptive, courteous and were not over worked. This meant never feeling frantic. Room was clean, no traffic sound and walls were muffled enough to hardly notice a full family (including kids) staying next door. Step out and you are on the Lagoon. Owing to the direction the property is facing direct observation of the sun-sets can be seen immediately from the door-step of the entrance. Step out and the silhouettes are of the dark side of the buildings of the lagoon teasing...

"Beautiful garden and decor, an almost hidden gem, a little difficult to find in the winding streets of the town. I would highly recommend staying here over the main Venice island as you can get there by water taxi in minutes and enjoy a much more spacious and affordable room here."

"Close to lots of things, including shops, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a gondola stop, which was very convenient and allowed us to have the quintessential Venice experience. Not too far from the major sights, like St. Mark's Square. It was clean and had nice amenities, including an espresso machine in the room. I would stay here again."
