"Great hotel. We enjoyed everything: location (northern part of Patong), infrastructure around, the beach, food, all the hotel staff, hotel facilities. We enjoyed the main pool area during the daytime, since it has great shadow spots. And we really enjoyed the beach club pool for sunsets. Sunsets are just incredible there!! I would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone. Ps: I felt it was really inconvenient to pay safety deposit with cash, and I had my master card only as Apple Pay, which...

"I want to warn everyone who comes to this hotel here wher the operation crew steal and lie and break property and won't make amends.deposit they refuse to pay back. Apart from this, there was a lot of noise at the hotel, a construction site, and there were a lot of mosquitoes outside and inside. the pool bed was grubby and dirty."

"The room wasn't cleaned properly when I checked in, or during the stay. The bathroom window was rusted open and wouldn't close, so mosquitos got in, the toilet seat was broken, the toilet roll holder was missing. The aircon worked, but the cover came off in my hand when I tried to adjust it and it made a crackling noise. There are no mosquito nets (as advertised) The pool area had 7 loungers, 6 of which has broken seats so you couldn't really use them. Plus, someone had a dog in a 1st floor room...
