Hotel lobby is in the smaller side, but very comfy and clean and has all the amenities of bigger hotel. Breakfast has many selection, but the western option is rather limited. However seating is plentiful and all the staff were delightful. Cleanliness was also very good. In our second stay within a week, we were given a larger room in the 2nd floor. "Located less than 10 mins walk from Petaling Street Chinatown, also less than 10 mins walk to the LRT / MRT station. No issues during my stay, friendly staff and Wi-Fi worked. Room cleaning services not provided daily so do clarify when checking in so you are aware. A gym with a few machines and some weights. Washing machines and dryers on-site, pay at reception for token (around MYR 22), washing liquid included. My first stay at this hotel and I was happy with it. "

Excellently situated almost in the Masjid Jamek Station. 10-20 mins via LRT MRT to n from any place- Bukit Bingtang KLCC Batu Caves Thean Hou KL Sentral Merdeka etc.. Most importantly walkable within 20-30 mins from anywhere in KL after midnight.Safe neighbourhood- as is all KL. Highly Recommended. "

"I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff is very supportive, and the Hotel is very well-located. In a few minutes, you can easily reach the central market, Chinatown, subway station, and various places for eating. From this hotel to Petronas Tower, there are just two subway stations. "Overall, very good location! 5mins walk to the nearest LRT. Only 4 stops to KLCC Suria station. Room is clean, good sound proofing and well equipped. Just one suggestion, the shower hot and cold water isn't clearly marked. It looks like the marker indicator have worn off. And the pressure is too strong on first use.Cosmo Hotel KL is an easy recommendation for anyone staying in Malaysia city centre for a few days!"

There was a window without a shade or any window covering, the shelf in the bathroom was broken, there were stains on most of the towels and linens (as well as on the tray in the room) and one of the lights was broken. It would also have been nice to include some hangars in the closet, a safe, and more than half a roll of toilet paper. With a few improvements I think the hotel would be a good...

"The Lavana hotel was in a great location. Near central market and in the heart of Chinatown. The hotel was a little dated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reasonable value for money. The area was one of the homeless hotspots at night. They were not a problem and kept themselves to themselves. Nice people going through hard times. I would consider staying again. "
