"When we arrived for 5 nights, the receptionist said that they had no record of the booking from Expedia! I produced my hard copy of the reservation. We were able to stay for 2 nights only as the hotel was busy, and had to find another hotel for 3 nights. Unfortunately this is the second time that a reservation with Expedia in 6 months was not recognised by the hotel. "Porto Playa Condo is very nice secure clean place. I would definitely go there again. Within 1 Block to bakery, convenience store, restaurant, massage, pharmacy, 5th Ave. Perfect location, not on beach but sister property is. Beach has mostly washed away but still nice to sit by ocean and have dinner and drinks. "

"Hotel was great, food was exceptional, entertainment was top tier, pool was beautiful, service was excellent! A few things could be improved…there should be more seating at the pool, spots fill up fast and only paid cabanas are available after 9am. Beach isn’t particularly large, but well maintained. Also beach is rocky, water shoes are recommended."

"I like staying at this location when it's available. It's in an area close to the grocery store, restaurant and ADO station. When there is water, it's hot. Air conditioner works well. Great internet for the room (4) I was in. The TV did not work with YouTube. It was quiet, staff did alert me the day the water was out for a couple hours. It's a good place to stay with a comfortable bed. "
