"Love this hotel! Housekeeping was amazing, we went back with spotless clean, tidy room after the mess created by the toddlers. The room was spacious, comfy beds and great location! The only area I wish they could improve on is the breakfast. A lil more variety would have been great. Overall, we are still very pleased and would definitely stay here again! "

"Excellent hotel. Our room was clean and roomy. Loved access to amenities and bottled water anytime we needed. We chose the option to include breakfast and it was excellent. "My second time of visiting as a solo female traveller from the U.K. checking in was amazing and staff friendly. The solo room was perfect includes a fridge. In the lobby is a microwave. The eco clean is great but they still left clean towels etc outside the door. Would’ve liked the option of another pillow as was only one. Having a bath was a bonus especially after a raining long day. The breakfast was delicious and a great introduction to Korean food and the staff always welcomed you warmly. I will always try to book this hotel when I come to Gangnam again."
