I let the person running it know, but did not get a response. Shame, as this meant we did not sleep well … if it was’t for this, our stay would have been great. "Great location, 30 seconds from the tube, near great breakfast places. On the top floor so quite a lot of stairs just to be aware of if you have luggage. Super easy check in process, really great and responsive customer service, clean and tidy room, nice bathroom, couldn’t fault it!"

"Just had the most amazing stay at city view. Everyone was very friendly. It was quite lively at times. The shower was hot, the beds were comfy the TV worked. If you are looking for somewhere to get your head down and have plenty of shops and cafes to wake up to then this is your spot. Would definitely stay again. "
