The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the location of the hotel too, everything was walkable from the hotel. We especially liked the bartender, Belen, in the hotel bar. She was so fun and sweet! Do yourself a favor and book your stay asap!"

"This apartment exceeded all our expectations. We had a 2-bed apartment with a terrace on the 9th floor with the most amazing views over Gran Via. Well equipped, lots of space, 2 lifts and stairs depending on your preference. The rooftop bar is a must visit. The staff were so helpful and we are able to leave our luggage on arrival day before check-in which was great. The location is perfect. Would definitely recommend! "

"Room was exactly what was described, and what we needed for our trip. It was compact, but enough space for four people. The location was beyond amazing, with many sights only a few minutes walk from the place. Lots of food options too. Check in was the easiest of the four places we chose to stay, and they even had lockers to store our luggage if flight times were later in the day. Will stay here again!!"

"A lovely room; gorgeous wall mural piece and nicely designed. Sadly a few of the lights and plugs did not work so we had only one plug for tech charging, which made things interesting. Comfortable bed and great bathroom as well. Breakfast was brilliant if a tad expensive. It is a small space but it has been designed perfectly and there is something for everyone.
