"Bobby, the concierge, was extremely helpful in our one week stay. He always had excellent suggestions for transportation, places to see, shopping and food. We love the junior suite and would come back again. It is centrally located where many of the New York City attractions are."

"The staff were amazing. There is construction on the exterior of the building for the “inside” rooms so be aware. It did not affect me as it is only from 9:30 am until 5:00 pm and I was not in my room during this time. The beds are plush the amenities are very nice, much better than I have seen lately at most hotels. Attention to detail is definitely something they pride themselves in. I will definitely stay here again."
