"lovely comfortable room with a view over the habour"

"Parking was easy, plenty of spaces even on a busy Saturday afternoon which was when we arrived. The lady who welcomed us was lovely and provided useful information and gave phone numbers for local taxis. Same lady asked if we’d had a good evening on Sunday. Room was welcoming with delightful views across green fields. Bed was comfortable and shower was good too. Really pleasant stay, we’d certainly go back another time and so would our friends who were also staying at The Railway Thank you All...

"The room was lovely and spacious. The furniture was very traditional but you’d expect that at this type of property. The room had a variety of teas and coffees . The home made biscuits were a great addition too . Staff were amazing and made the stay more special due to their attentiveness. All food was exceptional as was the service. The only negative thing I can think of is that there isn’t much to do within walking distance. The grounds were lovely but only took 10 minutes to walk around."

"Great pub with nice rooms very clean and tidy the staff are excellent and the breakfast is good. We went to Jimmy's farm and this was the perfect location for stop over as only 5 mins away We stayed for 2 nights and the pub restaurant did excellent food people.wwerw queuing for a table So great location and great food and beer and very clean. Yes we would stay again. "

"Fabulous hotel (resort!). Pool is a good size, pool area is relaxing although a bit confusing when the ‘reserved’ notices have been left on from the day time. Peaceful area, quiet. Restaurant- staff are phenomenal (had breakfast and 3 course meal), very attentive. Go down early for breakfast- when not busy the food isn’t turned around very quick so can be a bit dry. "
