"We had an amazing stay in this magical apartment. Sandip at Heaven Crest relay supported us during the stay and did all in his power to make things perfect. The apartment is 5 min walk from Dubai mall and we had a room with view of the ocean. The room was clean and had everything you would expect. The gym was well equipped and the pool area had a fantastic view of Burj Kalifa"

"Check in was complicated, multiple emails and texts asking for the same information. Property has a great location and is spacious albeit a bit dated. Kitchen particularly needs much better lighting. Disappointing to find no tea/coffee provided given price paid. Unfortunately problem with TV wasn’t resolved until second day and only followed up when I reported water coming through the ceiling. That prompted a swift response! "

"This apartment is at an excellent location. The best view of the Dubai fountain and steps away from Dubai Mall. Very convenience to shopping and dining. This apartment is also super spacious for big family staying. Two balcony facing Dubai fountain and Burj Khalifa. We enjoyed spending time seating at the balcony in the evening. I spent one week in Dubai every winter. This is one of my top choice for staying."

"Jeg var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Leiligheten var sentralt plassert, ren og familievennlig. Selv om det ikke var resepsjon, fikk vi raskt svar på spørsmål via WhatsApp. Da mikrobølgeovnen sluttet å fungere, sendte vi en melding, og de ordnet en helt ny på veldig kort tid. "I stayed at heritage hotel in November, this hotel has an amazing and close view of the Burj , very close to dubai mall, close to food courts, rooms were clean, maintained every day, the staff were very courteous and kind enough to bring our food deliveries to our room everyday, room service was very quick too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone."
