"The whole experience was something very special. The view of the harbour was amazing and the room was impeccable. During the road chaos after the fireworks display, a team helped us move a trolley full of suitcases to an accessible taxi pick up point. A walk of more than 15 minutes, among a huge crowd of people and pushing a heavy trolley. This was service above and beyond any of our expectations. "We stayed at a NS twin w/a side harbor view. Spacious & clean but a bit dark due to the lighting. Close proximity & easy access from hotel to subway station, shops & restaurants. Either the subway or harbor walk path leads to shopping malls, attractions & more restaurants. Welcoming staff."

"The location was very convenient and very close to the MTR. The a/c worked and the cleaning staff was very nice. only didn't like the paper-like towels changed every 5 days as I wasn't prepared for it. Also, the fire light was tripped two times and I learned that if it was real there would be a fire bell and an announcement which was good to know for an older building. All in all, I would stay there again without a doubt. "
