"We were visiting with family members in Omis, and this was the perfect home base. We weren't there much, but it looked perfectly set up for a much longer stay. Great air conditioning, plenty of hot water, quiet, and clean. All the communication was clear and easy. Although the apartment is over a restaurant, it was quiet at night and there were no cooking odors. We were in the main area of the old town, and didn't need a car at all. Everything was walkable.

"Even we had a confirmrd booking, the reception was not aware of our arrival, and had no room to offer. The receptionist rebooked us to another hotel, but had no suggestion of handling the extra cost. Ended up paying 40 euro over the agreed price. Also, totally silence from Hotel.com when trying to contact them. Stay away!"
