"There is so much to be impressed by at this hotel. When walking through the main entrance you are surrounded by Spanish culture. The breakfast has everything you would expect in a big hotel croissants, coffee, cereal, cheeses and meat etc. but in a beautiful Spanish room. There is a sitting room with piano, a small library with table. The room had lots of beautiful furnishings. The balcony had table and two chairs. Everything in the Expedia photos is what you will see."

"I cannot explain how lovely most of the staff at this hotel are. It is so important and makes such a difference. Paula in the main restaurant was outstanding, as was Javier the lifeguard. It is ~25 minutes from the airport and easy to get to which is lovely after a 4 hour flight. The renovations are stunning. The quality of the beds, the bar furniture, fixtures and fittings is really evident. All inclusive drinks and food - outstanding. There was even à la carte ‘snack bar’ restaurant food...

"I stayed from August 26 to August 30. It was peak season, but it was relatively cheap, so I didn‘t have high expectations, but it was a single room with a bathroom and toilet that I could use alone, and the owner was very kind. I asked if there was a coffee pot because I needed to drink hot water, and they brought it to my room so I could use it. "The hotel needs updating desperately. More than a coat of paint can provide. The curtains have holes. The shower head is as old as the building. The furniture is broken and mismatched. The location is great and the town is wonderful. Phones in room also don’t work. Alley that one needs to walk through to get to entrance smells horribly of pee. Parking on the street is free but can be very tricky to find"
