"Parking is free and unlimited and opposite the hotel.. unusual in that the hotel is above a pub/reataurant.. There is a lift to all floors and AC in the room. Old fashioned key for the room door, which needs to be locked on exit Tea and coffee making with biscuits in the room and a good shower with a detachable head "

"What an amazing place to stay. The decor was beautifully designed. The host, Steve was so friendly and accommodating and made sure that we were given a room so that we could have plenty of space. The Italian breakfast was lovely, overlooking the sea. The location was very central to Weymouth beach and town. A charming place to stay. Definitely worth all the 5* reviews that have been written about it. Chapter 1 is worth a visit! "
