"Ocean front rooms with amazing views! Balcony is large enough to sit and enjoy the sounds, smells and beautiful view. Can park on your same level as your room if you stay lower than floor 11, preventing elevator wait time. The outdoor amenities and direct beach access are bonuses! "

"Everything here was great but the staff was beyond amazing! My family was welcomed from the moment we walked in. Lynn was the absolute sweetest person, my two little boys just adored her. We were treated more like family than a customer. This place was perfect for our vacation and I am so glad that’s where we ended up. I completely recommend staying here with your family. And broad walk from 7th Ave to the pier at 2nd avenue ior 7th AVE to walk to the next pier or park on oppositive area . Many restaurants on beach area .git free WiFi, free do it yourself larking . Very simple location microwave, small refrigerator, TV , ac the perfect affordable with super friendly staff "

"Location is great. Overall stay was good Some issues we had: • Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit. • The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure. • There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do."
