"Lots of amenities and staff were very helpful with any questions. Hotel location was also great, very close to multiple stations- max about 10-15 minutes to Ueno station, ueno-hirokoji station being right around the corner etc. Plenty of food too including all the convenience stores- 7/11, family mart & lawson, with ameyoko market being nearby and nakamise shopping st just a few train stops away! I could go on and on but in a nutshell location is very good - you’d really like it!"

This is in a quiet area of Ueno and very walkable to transit and small grocery shops nearby. Ueno Park was a great chill way to start getting acclimated to Tokyo. "

"We stayed in the Pokemon room and our kids absolutely loved it. The giant Snorlax plushie was the highlight but the kids also enjoyed all the decals on the wall. The themed bags gifted to us at check in were very nice too. All staff were super friendly, the room was clean, spacious, and comfy. Super convenient location close to Ueno station. Would definitely stay here again."

"Really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The lobby had a fun, unique vibe with video games and snacks/drinks available, which we loved. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was also perfect—there were at least two train stations nearby and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again if I’m back! :) "

"Great location between Akihabara and Ueno, very walkable! The staff were gracious and patient with us Americans. Wonderful amenities as well. My only regrets were not getting the breakfast add on (their breakfast was amazing!) and having tattoos, the onsen looked so welcoming and peaceful. Would definitely stay again! "

"Overall good stay in Ueno for the first couple nights to get acclimated to Tokyo. Ueno is very convenient when it comes to transportation since it links with both the Skyliner/JR lines/Local lines."

"Super Hotel Ueno is very close to Yamanote and Keihin Tohoku line(Metro Train) and Naka okachimachi line(subway). The hotel is very clean and when you check in they will give you free gift! they also have free drinks and liqour up to 9pm! The breakfast is very good too!"
