Room comfortable and quiet, and the shower is the best we’ve had on this trip. Yes the rooms are small but that is universal for anywhere in Japan. Loved this hotel, would stay again. Appreciated the free bakery and juice/coffee items too, and the customisable water bottle! "

The subway is close, as is the bus stop, plenty of convenience stores close by. We had booked the family room, which was quite tight for 3 adults, but we still enjoyed our stay here."

It's in a really convenient location—close to restaurants, convenience stores, and public transport. There's even Nijo castle in walking distance, which is a nice bonus. It’s a cozy, boutique-style hotel that’s perfect if you want a quiet, comfortable spot while exploring Kyoto."
