"This hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Kyoto station. The room was very comfortable and larger than most single rooms in Japan. Breakfast was excellent and had a lot to choose from. Staff were friendly. There is also a laundry on the ground floor which was very convenient."

"The house was great and in perfect condition. Great location as it is 3 min from the Inari shrine and close to the train station which is always helpful. Nothing to complain about except 1 thing: there was no pool table as shown on the photos and we were not told about it. The guy who gave us the keys told us it is being fixed, which is fine but we would have prefered to know beforehand as we were very excited about it. "

"The hotel room was very large and fairly clean however it could use a deep cleaning. The bathroom is very impressive - best shower I’ve had in a hotel. I would prefer a place that offers housekeeping however I knew that going into it. The roof top was lovely. It’s quite fair from the main areas of Kyoto but was closely connected by train (10 min walk to station). Very close to Fushi Inari. "

"This was the best place we stayed at!!! It wasn’t fancy like a high end hotel, but the unit was HUGE!!!!…an apartment!!! It had a kitchen a medium size refrigerator with an actual freezer & the best part, a washing machine in your apartment that you don’t have to pay per load!!!!! That in itself for the convenience of actually having that in your room is AMAZING!!!! Only a 10 minute easy, flat walk to Kyoto station & down a nice quiet street."
