"Such a helpful and pleasant staff. My husband has limited mobility and River was always looking out for us, making sure we had all we needed. I had to be away from my husband during the day for a conference. River and Shay made sure to keep an eye on him and let him know all he had to do was call the front desk and they would come to him to help in any way, should he need it. This helped me to do my work and not worry the whole day. These young people take pride in their work and I hope you all...

"The room was clean, the staff was friendly and eager to serve, the parking lot was very accommodating, well maintained, and well lit. The breakfast menu was great the first morning but to our disappointment was not the same menu on Easter Sunday. We enjoyed our stay, visited the zoo, went to the movies, which was within walking distance. The location was perfect as it was close to so many adventures. If we choose to visit the area again we will definitely stay here again!!*****"

The English of some of the staff gave me a little trouble understanding, but no real problems. I don’t get to Grand Rapids a lot, but will be glad to stay here when i do."
