"Nice clean bedsit-type flat with everything we needed for a two night stay. Not too far from the Brudenell, which was the reason for our trip. Bed was comfy, shower cubicle probably wouldn’t be big enough to contain the larger guest but was fine for us. Communication with Zack was excellent. Not sure what the previous guests were like but there were a LOT of air fresheners around the flat! Smelled fine to us but we did move most of them into the bathroom to stop the competing scents being...
