"While the receptioninsts were great (especially the night shift guy) and the location was great, nothing else was.
6th floor, no elevator, with narrow stairs.
One the first morning I asked my room not to be maid. The chambermaid heard me.
It was still entered.
On the second morning when I return from a run, my room was open.
I can continue, but these were the main issues. "

"This was the first time in Paris for my family and I. The location of this hotel was fantastic!! Walking distance to everything we wanted. The rooms were clean, staff were very nice, polite and helpful everytime we had questions. We arrived about noon and one of our rooms was already ready which was awesome. The beds were very comfortable and the housekeeping was great as well. I can definitely say that I would book here again the next time we visit. Merci! "
