"Great house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Well equipped with everything the four of us needed for the week. Super close to the shuttle pick up for Grayton Beach access, restaurants and shops. Used it to go to Red Bar and Chiringo. The living space was great for games and tv watching on our one rainy day."

We so appreciate the golf cart that was available to use along with the beach chairs/umbrella, kids toys, and outdoor games. The house was very clean - the only thing we noticed was the coffee maker was not clean when we arrived (there were still grinds in the coffee maker). There are a few improvements that could be suggested to improve the guest experience - - Beach towels for guests to use - Hooks in the laundry...

"This was one of the best experiences ever. From the spacious, immaculate room, to the most accommodating, friendly staff, we found the hotel to be well run from the top down. The location is close to restaurants and outlets. Our host drove us the 3 blocks to the beach then returned to bring us back allowing 2 80 year olds time to walk on the beach w/o overtiring ourselves.
