"The location of the property was convenient to walk to Karon Beach every day (around 10-15 minutes). It was one of the cheaper options in the area. However, there were inconveniences such as not having an elevator and tiny ants coming into the room from the bathroom."

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible, breakfast was fantastic, beds were super comfortable, was stoked to have a bath in the room also. "Appeared to us like a 1970 hotel room in Las Vegas. Although furniture and decorating in room was dated, it was clean and comfortable. Ceiling in hallways showed water damage but pool area and beach were very enjoyable. Breakfast was good and patio restaurant and bar was beautiful. Service was delightful. Enjoyed our stay here with very acceptable price."
