"Stayed for a night to get a different experience of Rio. The villa is immaculate and rooms comfortable. Views of the city below are amazing. The staff are prompt and helpful. Booked a spa treatment which was followed by use of the glass steam room also overlooking the city below. This villa is a converted house which is owned by a family with roots in Santa Teresa. The family was on site the day we stayed and were super friendly when they approached us. "

"We stayed there in between hotel checkout, and a late night flight so just basically a nap and a shower. Surprisingly, very quiet for Rio. Clean room really great communication with the host. My only concern was the shower curtain that kept falling. That’s literally the only complaint I have, other than that, everything else was great."

"This was an excellent choice for a hotel. The room and dinning area where they offered free breakfast was very clean. There was a variety of delicious food. The hotel is located about two blocks from the Copacabana Beach, so walking was easy. Also they have a beautiful rooftop along with a pool with an amazing view of the mountains and the Christ the Redeemer. I would highly recommend you stay there. "

"Quanto a limpeza deixou a desejar, tinha bastante pó no chão, nos cantos, em cima da geladeira, café básico do básico, não tinha nem pão francês, era pão pulman integral, não tinha opções de sucos e fruta, não é a vontade, eles servem a quantidade já na mesa pra vc. Não tem serviço de quarto, então fiquei 4 dias e não ouve limpeza, toalha pedi pra ser trocada e fui prontamente atendida. Internet horrível, não tem canal aberto, e a internet não suportava pra conectar no globo play, localização...

"Excellent location 2 blocks feom copacabana. Now my favorite beach anywhere. RDJ isn't a perfect city but as long as you dont stray into where you shouldnt.go and do it is reasonably safe. The beaches were amazing and Hotel Canada was a great deal for the price. Not 5 star but it didnt lack any basic needs and cleanliness was aceptable. It was a great deal for the price. Shopping, dining beach all walking distance "
