"The counter tops in the public bathrooms are really big and makes it difficult for short people to reach the soap dispensers."

"We had a clean room that was very cool upon arrival. We even had to shut off the air at one point because we got super cold. The breakfast was good, and the attendant was on top of keeping things fresh and stocked. The front desk attendants were very pleasant and accommodating. "

"The bathroom was disgusting- hair on the floor, hair on the toilet, stained toilet, other debris on floor . Towels had hair in them. Bedding was yellowed and sheets stained. Elevator out of order. One soap square in the bathroom. It seemed like people were actually living there based on the smell of cooking. We could not share our concerns as there was no one at the front desk, even when we checked out there was a notebook to write your name in if you wanted a receipt. We used to frequent this location several years ago but after this stay- we will NEVER consider it again."

"Dead bug in the corner of the room, someone's acrylic fingernail in the A/C fan. Dirty. Staff were wonderful. "

"The staff is amazing! Our room was huge, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was phenomenal. My biggest complaint is that even though there was no smoking signs all over, smoking was still permitted. Mainly in the casino but you could still smell it everywhere. "

"The room was pretty average. Toilet was super low and shower was dated. Kitchen was stocked. I was really disappointed that our jacuzzi did NOT have a fireplace like all the photos showed. Staff was good but one was just overly talkative. Also disappointed that late check out was only 30 mins later. "

"I was charged an extra $3.87 above the price on the expida app. I'm not sure why. The check in staff was not very welcoming. I have no incentive to use Savana Inn and Suites again."
