"This is a great hotel. Although the rooms are a little small, it is spotlessly clean. The shower is excellent, always hot water. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is excellent and the hotel is in the centre of Chantilly. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Gregory has only just taken over but he was the perfect host, very helpful and willing plenty of good advice about the area. Property is stunning, the gardens, pool, tennis court and entrance courtyard - beautiful Chantilly town is quaint with nice restaurants and the Chateau fab. Only downside is the Green room was a little tired and in need of tic. Better routine of cleaning and maybe a declutter but overall a lovely place to stay and easy access to Paris by train"

"After four days in Paris it was dreamy to take a quick 25 min train ride to Chantilly and stay here. My fiance and I got engaged the night before we stayed here & it was so special to celebrate it here. The staff was great, the room was clean and beautifully decorated. I loved the pool and sauna as well, it was nice how late the pool and sauna were open too (10pm). "

She even offered to help us to carry our luggage upstairs as the lift was out of service , she was fantastic and fabulous , we need more people like her , so kind and helpful, always smiling. "Cheap and efficient place to stay. The lobby is not open all day, but after check-in all is as you would like it. Breakfast is nice, the room is clean, parking is free and easy, the location is easy to reach. Lots of shops around and some basic restaurants."
