Breakfast was lovely and plenty of it. Even though the restaurant was supposed to be closed the hotel’s chefs opened up and cooked a superb (Michelin class) meal with Sake of course! "The Premier Etage on Rue Joubert is in such an amazing location, only two RER stops from Gare Du Nord (so handy for CDG) and so handy for the Grand Magasins (Galleries Lafayette, Printemp) and Opera Garnier. It is also 3 minutes walk from a Metro stop which will take to to the Grand Palais, Le Louvre, etc etc. The apartments are superbly clean, and super easy to access with key codes, no need to be fumbling for hotel cards.
