"The New Pioneer offers amazingly good value for the price. Situated on the Colorado River, it has a nice little beach with shaded beach furniture, jet ski rentals, a dock for the local water taxi, and plenty of other amenities inside, including some of Laughlin's finest dining."

"Check in was long due to someone being trained (20 minutes). I understand that but at least have a second person to help check people in. Room was clean, beds were comfortable but inside windows were dirty and the sunshade on one of the windows was non-existent (photo). They had a promotion that day in which I earned enough points for the giveaway but when I went to get it, they were closed. I was advised we had until MIDNIGHT to get the gift and they closed at 10pm. I got there at 5 minutes after 10pm and they wouldn't give me the promotional giveaway. Not the best customer service but the beds are comfy. Won't be coming back though."

"We were in and out for a wedding, and didn't have time to enjoy all the amenities. However we will plan on staying here again. "

"I scheduled this trip for my son's 18th birthday. All he wanted was a nice hotel room with a hot tub for the night. I messaged ahead to ensure there was a hot tub, as we saw beautiful night time pictures of the pool area. Hotel confirmed. We all arrive, get ready for the hot tub after a nice dinner and then realize the hot tub closed at 5pm! I have never been to a hotel that had night photos of a pool area that is not open at night. Very misleading. What hotel closes a hot tub at 5pm in Vegas? We decide to head back to the room to watch movies instead, and we discover our TV does not have any "app" options to watch movies. We were stuck with cable and commercials. After 2 attempts to get help from the front desk, they offered a room on a different floor away from family members. Needless to say, the hotel part of our trip fell very short of expectations. Will not be returning. Take your night photos of the pool down if the pool is not open at night."

"We enjoyed our adult golf trip and the staff that we contacted were very helpful and friendly. We had fun in the casino, Guy's restraunt food and staff were excellent for dinner and the Beach Cafe breakfast was good. Check In representantive was great and very helpful. We were The only unfortunate piece was our room was not clean, food in the fridge, dusty and trash on the floor. The shower plugged up and I had to clean the drain, and we will stop there.We enjoyed our adult golf trip, and the staff we interacted with were very helpful and friendly. The check-in representative was great and very helpful. However, the only unfortunate issue we encountered was that our room was not clean; there was food in the fridge, dust on surfaces, and trash on the floor. "Was very disappointed. Property is run down. Our room was average. The dresser was uneven so when you open a drawer you have to hold down the dresser or it would tip. We found a couple of bugs on the curtains. The shower faucet would not turn off all the way and the bathroom sink was clogged took forever for water to go down. Only nice things was the beach area other than that will probably never stay there again."
