"Check in was terrible- after travelling for 10 hours, I would like to be greeted right away. There not busy at all but all three attendants acted like we did not exist. They were short on their responses and acted as if we are a bother than guests. Vending machines did not work on the first night we arrived late at night - I just want water to drink. The free two bottles can be redeemed only during the store was open. I booked an ocean view but what I got was peek a boo view of the ocean. The lanai still had cigarette butts from The prior guest and lots of bird poop on te chairs and tables. "
