"Great location. Front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was really spacious and clean with everything you need. The bed was a bit hard for me (just personal preference) and as it’s on the main road there was traffic noise at night but it wasn’t too bad and did not effect my sleep. "

"The hotel is in an older building, but the rooms are all freshly renovated. In fact, the hotel has a very classy feel to the classic architecture and yet with modern amenities. We also had a very generous breakfast at the restaurant. The parking was plentiful and the location was very central.Highly recommend."

"Memorable experience. Very friendly and helpful warden. It really was a jail, so don't expect The Ritz. Shared shower stalls reminiscent of boarding school. Basic double bed, firm mattress. Excellent hot shower. Nice shared kitchen. Couldn't connect to the internet but neither could Ned Kelly. It'll give you a glimmering of what society's misfits and villains experienced."
